1. Our Service
Nuru Living is an introduction service that connects tenants with landlords. We are NOT a rental agency and are NOT a party to any tenancy agreement between tenant and landlord.
The booking fee is for the service of arranging a property viewing, not rent or a deposit.
2. Booking Fee
Tenants pay a small fee (TSh 5,000 – 10,000) to book a property viewing. This fee is paid once per booking and is non-refundable except as described below.
3. Refund Policy
- ✓Full refund: Landlord no-shows at the viewing
- ✓Full refund: Property materially differs from the listing
- ✕No refund: Tenant no-shows at the viewing
4. Landlords
Landlords list properties for free on Nuru Living. They must provide valid ownership documents and truthful information. Listings with false information will be removed and accounts may be suspended.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nuru Living is not liable for any tenancy agreements between tenants and landlords. We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or condition of any property, although we strive to verify every listing.
